DAN SPIEGEL VISITS CBC UPCHURCH REALTY
June 2019 (ATHENS) — On Tuesday, June 18th Dan Spiegel, the managing director of Coldwell Banker Commercial, visited the Upchurch Realty office to meet with the commercial department and discuss his strategies and visions for the company. Spiegel has spent the past few months travelling across the country visiting various CBC locations to personally meet with brokers and staff. Spiegel started off the morning at Upchurch Realty with a presentation about the CBC brand and what it represents, how the company can stand out to clients, and new methods to build and promote the brand. Agents were able to ask Spiegel questions throughout and were encouraged to give feedback on the material he presented. Spiegel also hosted a round-table meeting for the brokers to share strategies and practices to implement early in one’s real estate career to generate success. Topics of discussion included enhancing client relationships, acquiring listings, and making good impressions on social media. Spiegel also offered advice to Upchurch Realty’s newer brokers about building up their clientele, working as teams, and specializing in the industry.
